AUGUST 2010
1) REHEARSALS:
After a year of emails, phone calls, meetings in Paris and Japan, all the members have gathered in Nanto-City (Toyama Pref) for 3 weeks of creation and hard practice, sharing the same house, spending a same moment in the japanese summer.
Repertory is a combination of songs originally composed by each member, but re-arranged and re-interpreted to express the strength of this encounter. Asian and African sounds fusion in the originality of each artist, naturally. Nothing artificial here. Sukiafrica isn't an "international group". It's simply a group of creators, of artists composing an original performance.
